For your journey to Sedona, you have two primary airport options:

  1. Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport: From here, you can opt for shuttle transportation to Sedona, which costs about $75 for a one-way trip. Alternatively, rental cars are available if you prefer a private drive.

  2. Flagstaff Pulliam Airport: This is another convenient option, with shuttle services to Sedona readily available.


Important Shuttle Information: Please note that there are two different shuttle routes to Sedona, depending on where you're staying:

  • One route serves the Village of Oak Creek.

  • The other heads to the heart of Sedona.


It's essential to choose the shuttle route based on your accommodation location in Sedona. Plan accordingly to ensure a smooth transfer from the airport to your destination.


Travel Insurance Recommendation: We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your trip. It's a practical way to safeguard your journey, ensuring peace of mind during your travel to and from Sedona.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

If you cancel prior to February 1, 2025, you are entitled to your initial investment minus a $250 non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made after February 1, 2025, will be receive a refund equal to 50% of the full price to attend. No refunds after after March 1, 2025.


We reserve the right to cancel the event if it is not meeting the minimum number of participants, in which case your investment is fully refundable.


Trip cancellation insurance is strongly recommended in the event you might have to cancel your trip. We highly recommend using a Travel Guard insurance plan. Make sure that your plan covers losses due to a pandemic.
